We’re Kansas City’s LGBTQIA+ running and walking group! We meet twice weekly around the KC metro to exercise, socialize, and enjoy dinner or brunch together. All skill levels welcome to join, and it’s completely free and easy to join.
Wednesdays, 6:30pm
Mill Creek Park by Gilda’s Club, 43rd & Main
We meet each Wednesday. From November to April, join us in the parking lot behind Gilda’s Club near Mill Creek Park. Please park away from The Levee Bar for their customers.
Sundays, 9AM
Each Sunday, we visit a different meetup location around Kansas City, and every member has a favorite! From scenic trails to interesting neighborhoods, you’ll see more of KC. Each Sunday meetup ends with brunch together.
Social
From monthly happy hours, pool parties, potluck dinners, we’re more than just exercise. You’ll also find us raising money for AIDS Walk, participating proudly in KC’s Pride Parade, or just making the most of KC’s thriving arts and culture scene.
